For this digital print collection, I focused on texture that can be created in pattern design through hand processes. I first created each print with watercolors and only slightly adjusted them once they became digital, to allow its original organic nature to be better represented. I used a more limited and muted color palette that would be better suited for interior textiles. The hand painted watercolor and marbled texture studies were inspired from travel photos and texture found in nature. The collection is digitally printed on linen.
